Along with Bertrand Florenzt they explored every process , together they found that working in very close proximity with the employees was the most rewarding way to boost moral and achieve results.

PMC had invented a successful method that Hutchinson still uses to this day, which is a combination of an economic boost (profitable results) and a stronger management team (changes).

Therefore it is possible to have longevity once you are set in reality, the main factor to allow concessions and adaptation.
